Venture Tour of Homes Program:
Hi, I am Larry Thompson, Owner and Broker in Charge of Venture Realty. For years, I have owned and operated an innovative Real Estate firm and have also been involved with Mortgages. I always like to try new ideas and this one is great for both buyers and sellers.
The idea is to allow homeowners to get more traffic into their homes, and allow buyers to see a wide range of homes from different price points to give themselves a great reference point when they start their home search process. This great program allows you, the buyer, to see many homes without the long term commitment of an agency contract.
We feel the tour is not only extremely informative, but a lot of fun too! You get a sneak peek at homes not yet on the market, see different floor plans (see what kind you like best), see a ton of decorating ideas, and get 13 chances to win prizes.
Each home you visit is offering a prize. At the very end of the tour, we will use the entrys from each home to pick the Grand Prize winner! So if you visit and enter at all 12 homes, you have 12 chances to win the Grand Prize.
We will spend about 20 minutes at each home and then ask for your feedback. Each feedback form is your entry to win the prize. There will be several agents in each home to answer any questions you may have during the tour.
You can join the tour at our starting point or feel free to join us at any stop on the way. The addresses and times for each tour are on our website. If you click on the address it will pull more information about each home so you can feel better prepared for our tour.
